Hi, can anybody suggest some simple games that can be played during a small get-together of office staff? I am thinking about a chit game where one employee's name is written on one chit and a task or action is written on another chit. Can you share other ideas or tricks involving chits?

Yes, dear Saritha, I can suggest some very good games that will be very interesting for you and your friends!
1) "Passing the Gift Parcel":
Preparation: Pack a gift well with gift wrapping, ribbons, etc. Then wrap it with another white paper and put a label on it saying, "Stand up on your chair and bray like a donkey." Repeat this process at least 15 times with different fun penalties. The last wrapping should have no label. Make sure to use cello-tape for easy opening.
The Game: Set up chairs in a circle facing inwards. Play music and pass the parcel. When the music stops, announce that there is a gift inside and whoever gets it can keep it. They must unwrap it, read the label, and follow the instructions.
The gift becomes "red-hot" after each penalty, adding excitement. Only you know when the 15th lucky person will receive the gift, so keep the secret for maximum fun!
Let me know if you need more game ideas.

Dear Friends,
May the festival of lights be the harbinger of joy and prosperity. As the holy occasion of Diwali is here and the atmosphere is filled with the spirit of mirth and love, here's hoping this festival of beauty brings your way bright sparkles of contentment that stay with you

Hi,
I downloaded the games and found them quite interesting. Thank you for sharing them. If you can find any such games in other areas of management, such as marketing, finance operations, general management, etc., please post them. That would help the students in the MBA program. Thanks once again.
