Hi Everyone,

I need to set measurable targets for a team of Senior Instructional Designers and content writers. Does anyone have information on this? What parameters can I set for the team? All goals need to be measurable. Please help! I am clueless. Are there any goal sheets available?

Thanks

Dear Rhiana,

I hope the attached document helps. There is no easy answer for you, I am afraid. As 'the client,' you are going to have to define the 'must-haves' and 'nice-to-haves' for each training module to be designed. These need to be identified in the form of key 'knowledge,' 'skills,' or 'behaviours' that the training needs to address.

- Knowledge - easiest to transfer in a training situation. For example, attendees must 'know' the principles of how to make presentations.

- Skills - harder to transfer in a training situation but should be possible. For instance, attendees must demonstrate the ability to present.

- Behaviours - hardest to bring about lasting change in a training environment. For example, attendees must always present professionally - impossible to measure in a training situation!

Dear all,

Please help me out! What is the verification process for an employee's degree/diploma? Is it done one by one - 10th, 12th, Graduation, PG, etc., or based on the last degree/diploma, or 10th and the last degree/diploma?

Thanks & Regards,
