My management informed me to maintain a record of each and every employee’s performance on a monthly basis. The main reason is to identify the poor performers.
Kindly advice me on this how to analyze, also provide me some excel sheet (Monthly based KRA) or templates.

Hi Sudarsan,
I am working with IT Company, and this is how we do,
~ We have some amount attached to performance called as Performance Bonus,
~ It is payable every quarter
~ Every eligible individual is part of one of the department.
~ When the individual joins, the practice head / Project lead / tech lead, informs him/her what is the expectation from the individual, and how the rating is done on those criteria’s
~ At the end of the quarter, the individual is judged by the reporting head, and rated accordingly, if the performance is not satisfactory, appropriate action is taken.
Enclosed 2 xl. Sheets, template for rating KRA, and sample KRAs.

The sample KRA Excel sheet in your email is good and will be helpful for my colleagues to assign KRAs for developers. Could you please tell me if you have any knowledge of what exactly "objectives for KRAs" are, and also how to assign KRAs for senior software engineers and team leads? Please let me know if you have any information on the same.
