Thank you for the information. I need one more favor from you. I am a summer trainee and don't know how to do the appraisal of an employee. My industry guide asked me to do the appraisal of one. Can you please guide me on how I should proceed to move ahead?

Performance Appraisal in an NGO Setting

I am working in an NGO that focuses on women's rights. It has 164 staff members in different states. Additionally, for those employees who have contributed their time and effort to campaigns not in their Terms of Reference (TOR), how can I recognize their contributions?

I am the first HR person in this organization, and it is appraisal time. We do not have any HR software to manage HR processes, and I have never conducted an appraisal before. I need help with the performance appraisal process.
