hi everyone!
i really happy that ths site really provides all my HR realated queries..thank all..
need a help- im MBA hr with 5+ yrs of exp in educational inst as admin exe now i lik to switch over to corporate sector,is it possible for me, will they hire, wat will they expect frm me, how shd i prepare myself to get a carrer over there....
And also i lik to learn sap HR module will they help (i dt have any single idea abt sap course) will it add weightage to my career search???......pls help me out...

Dear Vidhya,
As per yours post,its show that you have 2 to 3 queries as per following :
1.Wt kind of services sector you want to works ???
2.Right now wt kind of profile you handle,Is it Generalist Profile or Admin Profile ???
3.If you interested to do SAP HR module than firstly go through wt kind of industries SAP HR module is mostly use.According to my knowledge its mostly use in manufacturing area(May be 70% of SAP HR module use in manufacture industries).

Regarding sap I got sum idea now thq..now my take home is 20000...wat salary package can I expect frm d future employer acc to my profile can anyone help me out plz....

No its not wrong bt u will start ur career wd the first step.Previous yours experience in admin may be not so useable.
But nothing is IMPOSSIBLE if u learn this sentence like I-M-POSSIBLE.
