Hi,

I Worked in a company for 2.3 years. I worked as a Software Developer(Mentioned in offer letter), but due to some policy changes my position was changed to QA Engineer at last moment. I refused to accept it and in notice period i worked on development. After joining the new organisation i received reliving letters from my previous company and i was shocked as position was QA Engineer, I tried to contact them but they are saying that even though i worked on development during notice period my position was not changed to developer it was QA.

I spoke with my new manager(oral) and he asked me to submit the relieving letter and see if HR raises any concern. I submitted it and HR has not asked me anything till now. But the new company(only our division) is getting acquired by another company. What if they find the differences in position that i have mentioned and the position in relieving letter. Unfortunately my manager joined switched to another company.

its almost 9 months with the new company i am working with. I have offer letter, Payslips, Resignation mail, References and some of development mails

Please help me as i am in tension
