New and fresh employee wages previously he was not working (Basic +DA) more than 15000/- he was not interested to be covered by EPFO , he was giving form 11 for exempted from epfo is it acceptable

If the new employee is already a member of EPF Scheme then the employee will continue to get PF benefits. However if the new employee is not a member of PF scheme and if his /her PF Wages is greater that Rs.15,000/- such employees can be excluded from PF. Form 11 to be collected for the same.
