I have resigned from a company after serving for 2.6 years and submitted my EPF & EPS withdrawal forms. I have received my PF benefits, but there is a shortage of Rs. 4300. Upon logging into the UAN Passbook, it confirms that I have not received my EPS benefits, and there is a shortage of Rs. 4000 towards it. Can somebody help me in this matter regarding the steps to be taken to receive the full benefits? Please find the attached passbook copy.

You have not received full PF amount as per the pass book. EPS amount is due only after you have attained 58 years. You have to approach the local RPFC Office and seek clarity.
