Dear Friends, I just needed to know what is the minimum wages for Skilled / unskilled employees for Maharashtra and can we divide it into basic / HRA / Conveyance ?

Hi, You cant put Conveyance and HRA in Minimum wages. It should be Basic + Special Allowance. In case of HRA, if ur comapny exists since more than 7 years then u can.
