The act of male employee comes under Sexual Harassment of female employee in work place and complain may be made to the managment in this regard. Regards.

Yes... you must report the incident to higher authority. Experiance dose not play any role in misconduct with co employees.

THis comes under direct discrimination and action should be taken immediately, kindly take this issue to the managment and convey them interms of discrimination. even though how many years he or she it doesn't matter... the basic thing for any employee is behaviour... and after this exp..talent..will come in to the picture. my opinion is he should treat strongly punished.
