Hello to all

Respected sir/madam,

I've given an interview in a company. The only problem is I receive my salary in cash by my previous organisation. My previous company is a very small company with employee strength of only 150 employees that too scattered in 5 other states intotal the employee strength is only 150 I work in the support department I.e. admin, HR and account's. I work in the admin department so only we three people get salary in cash else everyone else i.e. the engineers and senior engineers, Managers and Director of the company is paid directly into their bank account as per company policy. I am paid Rs. 28,490/- in cash. I've mentioned during my first day at the interview that I am paid in cash

I've submitted my last 3 months salary slips and last two years salary revision letter but still the interviewer of the new company is not convinced they have called me on Monday 30.1.17 to know how I get salary in cash.

Can anyone of you please guide me as what relevant explanation I should give to the interviewer so that the interviewer gets convinced.

Your guidance might help me to crack the interview and to get the job.

Many thanks to all,

...in continuation
also like to mention here that the remaining 2 employees which work in accounts and HR department are paid Rs.10,000/- each as salary in cash the reason being both of them are paid so less is because both are freshers and I have worked for more than 5 years.
Request you all to please guide me with some brilliant points which can convince the interviewer regarding me getting the salary in cash. Your help will help me to get me a job which is very important for me at today's date.
Many thanks to all,
