As of now Service tax is not applicable for you. If you are anticipating your business turnover for this financial year is exceeding 10Lakh then you need to register & charge the same to your customer. Else no need to charge. As per service tax rules if total service turnover is lesser than 10Lakh per annum then the same is exempted.
