Hello Respected Seniors, I have joined as an HR executive in the gold industry this week, and I am the only HR here, so I have to create all HR policies from A to Z. The organization has a staff strength of around 50. I am familiar with the recruitment cycle and all its formats as I have previous experience in it.
Areas of Interest
I am particularly interested in learning about the leave policy, working hours, induction, grievance handling, career paths, and laws that must be adhered to, etc. Please help me.

This question is asked many times every single week, even though the answers are already here, posted by other members over the last few years. While there may be some special considerations relating to the Gold Industry, most HR matters are routine and common to most industries and organizations. I would suggest you research gold industry companies in your area, make contact with the HR staff, and seek their assistance with particular industry questions relating to your new position.
