Hi Hr Gurus,
If a establishment covered under factories act and having license trough Labour act, PF, ESI, which leave rule will be applied. Even factories act is silent for the same but mentioning only PL.

Dear
Which of the license you have taken from labour act ? You are right in saying that Factories Act deals only in earned leave. This is for your information that if your unit is in Delhi & is covered under the Factories Act,1948 then in that case The Delhi Industrial Establishment ( National & Festival Holidays and Casual & Sick Leaves) Act will be applicable for grant of these holidays & CL/SL. If woman employees are employed then maternity leaves will also be applicable for those employees who are not covered the ESI Act,1948.

Labour License for deployment of Labour in case of more than 20 Labour/staff ( Self and contact) deployed in any organization. I am handling branch establishment at UP & Jharkhand. Kindly suggest us what should we apply.
