Dear Suhana,
First you have to understand term performance related pay and employee motivation. Many company pay incentive for good performance and we can consider some more bonus to those who are outstanding during the year. You can consider some new incentive schemes for good performers also by adding some more allowances like production Bonus,Children Education allowances,Professional Allowances etc. As far as employee motivation is concerned you can boost it by giving monetary or Non Monetary awards. Also you can create happy atmosphere and learning atmosphere. You start appreciating your people for every good work being done by him.Prepare birthday calendar of your employee and wish them on their birthday. You can start this small things and it will create a good working environment for any organisation.

Yes,Suhana,
You can motivate your employees by adding them performance related pay.
You can also motivate your employees by asking some questions. You just arrange a training programme and ask them what couse of action they want for motivating themselve to fulfill the organisational goal .You may ask them one by one and write down the point. You may take more than one points in different round. In simple way you take one point from each in one round and repeat again and add another point in second or third round. Then you segregate and ask them to categories their priorities as High,Medium and Low.After doing this exercise you can have a better idea what more your employees wants from management and finally you may discuss your boss for traslate it into an action.
