Hi,

I am designing a salary structure for an employee whose salary consists of two parts: the first part is the fixed salary, and the second part is performance-based variable salary. Kindly let me know how to integrate fixed and variable salaries into the appointment letter.

Hi Vivek,

Please find the enclosed attachment for the performance-based salary structure. In the appointment letter, it should be mentioned that the CTC/Salary includes performance incentives, stating the percentage or at your convenience.
