My question is regarding recruitment through job portals. Many times, while applying for an HR (Recruitment) position, we are asked whether we are familiar with the usage of various job portals for recruitment. So, my query here is how to do recruitment through various job portals (i.e., the method). What are the other types of recruitment methods which are cost-effective and highly result-oriented for HR?

You have the only source of accessing the CVs of professionals through online job portals. If you have any other source of accessing professionals, such as through known circles, that will be more reliable than job portals. It depends on an individual's ability.

2. Times Jobs
3. Naukri
and more. We can also utilize social networking sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. All these portals help us in finding resumes and posting jobs.

In all these portals, you can search for resumes, consultants, or candidates using various search options like Easy search, Advanced search, Power search, IT search, Role search, etc. You can choose any of these search options based on your interest.
