Hi all may be this question is as before still I need all your help.

I had to resign from my previous company due to Situation created by the people in the company where I had to Resign. I was at on site then. The employer wanted me to send to other location without proper papers so I refused and he immediately sent me to India in a short notice of just 3 days. I just could not leave everything there in 3 days it obviously takes time to settle everything and come back. They also did not pay me my salary here at on site and it was really difficult. I somehow managed to get other job there. So as per my contract and conditions I came to India and Resigned at short notice and asked to settle my notice period dues from the salary withheld. But I was not given any relieving letter nor exit.

Now I had been working with this company for 3 years and I have a lot of money in PF account. I dont know how to withdraw this amount because I know my Ex-employer will not help me.

PLEASE tell me how do I do this and how to withdraw pf money in this situation.

Thanks and Regards
Deepak

Hi,
No any employer are authorised to stop the withdrawl of PF amount in any situation, but in some cases (fraud case, cheating case) employer has the right to suspend the withdrawl of PF for couple of months for not for long time.
You can do one thing, either you can transfer your PF amount to your new account by form no 13. or you can withdraw the amount by submitting the form no -19 & 10 C.
For form no 19 & 10 C , you take form from PF web site, fill the form and attested your form from your bank manager, they will just veryfy that the signature of Mr.X is verifyed as per the bank statement. Then send the paper to RPFC, and mention that employer is harrasing to sign the paper,
In that case PF commissioner will write to employer and take signature from the concer authorit.
Because PF amount fall under Social Security Schemen, under Govt. of India, hence no authority can stop for withdraw.
If have any query please contact me.

Hi -
I have a question. I was working in a company from Sep 97 to Sep 2000 and in the next company from Nov 2000 to May 2001. I have just not done anything with my PF in both the companies. I am currently moving to a new company from April 2009.
My question is -
1. Can I withdraw the money?
2. Can I transfer my earlier PF accounts to my new PF account that will be created in my new company.
3. My second company is in Pune (previously that was in Mumbai when I was working for that company) so I can give the withdrawal forms in Hyderabad PF office?
What will be the best option for me. If withdrwal is the only option, how do I go about it. I live in Hyderabad and the second company is in Pune and there is no point in me going there to get my PF documents signed. The first one is in Hyderabad so I can probably get the employer signature.
Any suggestions will be welcome.
