Dear Lovneesh,

Please do not request finished projects, theses, or questionnaires on this forum without giving enough information.

Instead of asking for a completed project, please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organization). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.

If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.

Please see my post on Research Methodology (Ppt slides attached) at https://www.citehr.com/106849-research-projects.html and Author Workshops at [link outdated-removed] and my post at [link no longer exists - removed]

I am not sure if you have read any literature on questionnaire design. If not, go to questionnaire design + guidelines - Google Search= Also see [link outdated-removed] where an MBA project is attached as an example.

A Post by Prodcons also has information on Research Methodology. Please also see the post by naveeis4u at https://www.citehr.com/179861-employ...ion-level.html to see the type of background information that will be of help in designing questionnaires.

Also view and digest the message that ahujamamamia posted at CiteHr https://www.citehr.com/169377-marble-story.html Try to become the marble statue rather than the tile.

Please read the post by Sayansayu on questionnaire or welfare measures - reg.

Friends, as said by one of the super moderators, I am in full agreement. Requesting completed projects is really easy, but people who have put in great efforts to make these would not like to share them. It is suggested, therefore, that you indulge in making a project on your own to get detailed knowledge on the concepts taught to you. Ultimately, it's going to help you. Don't take making projects as a burden; it's a wonderful opportunity—believe me.

MBA students,

Please do not take shortcuts by asking for a complete project that you can simply showcase in your college. Ultimately, it will result in a loss of knowledge and learning. However, you can definitely ask for guidance, suggestions, and references.

Thank you.

Dear All,

I am not going to copy anyone's project. I am working in a Telecom company and I want to start my project. I only want to get help from the Table of Contents of the project. I am confused about which subject I should start my project. My main focus is on the HR Department of my company, but I couldn't find any project on the HR Department of a Telecom Company. That's why I was asking about a project on HR in the Telecom Sector. I have full details of my company but I am confused about how to organize them. Help me if possible.
