Dear All,

I am handling HR issues at an urban co-op bank. We had an instance of misapplication of powers by a senior branch manager. A memo as a preliminary step, a show cause notice, and a charge sheet have been issued. The charges have been admitted in reply to the notices served on him; however, a domestic enquiry was conducted as a procedure. I am required to prepare a report of the findings of the enquiry.

I would be glad if anyone could help me with the same.

Sincerely,
knnkalose

Dear [Recipient's Name],

I am writing to inform you that a domestic enquiry has been conducted. During each sitting of the enquiry, proceedings will take place. Based on these proceedings, you are required to prepare the enquiry report. There is no specific format for the enquiry report. It is important to provide a copy of the report to the accused during the enquiry. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact me.

"There cannot be a format of an inquiry report" is what I wanted! I was searching with all available search engines. However, essential elements/components/contents for an inquiry report are not known. Could you shed some light on this?

Thanks for your reply; I have a clear direction now.

There must be a format for an inquiry report to assist those who have recently joined the HR department. I have searched using all available search engines but could not find one. However, I do not know the essential elements, components, or contents required for an inquiry report. Could you please shed some light on this?
