We are using job portals but still failing to get closures, especially in ITES where headhunting is tough. Can you please help me find the right source for the right candidates?

In ITES, even if you have access to job portals and their databases, it is not easy to source candidates unless you work smartly.
1. Learn how to use the portals and their value-added features. For example, you can send mailers to potential candidates in one go and receive responses.
2. Take references from the candidates you have contacted.
3. Post ads on the portals.
4. Lastly, try to determine if the candidate is genuinely interested or not.
