Dear all,
As per The Goa Shops and Establishment Act, 1973 and Rules, 1975, the working limit for female employees is up to 7:00 PM. Is there a ruling on the above? If yes, where is it available? Can anyone provide me with a soft copy of the above-mentioned act?
Regards,

According to the Shops and Commercial Establishment Act, which has been enacted by the respective state governments, no women can be asked to work after 7:00 PM and before 8:00 AM, except for organizations related to the recuperation of health, such as hospitals, etc. The rules and regulations under the State Shops and Commercial Establishment Act in this regard are enforced. You can obtain a soft copy by browsing the same from your state's Labour & Employment department website.
