Attached here is the circular regarding PT amendment for females in Maharashtra. There is no deduction of profession tax in the case of a female employee drawing a gross salary up to Rs. 10,000/- effective from April 2015.

Hello Every one, I just want to understand PT Deduction for female employee is applicable if she is getting gross salary more than 10000/- per month? if it is below than there is no PT applicable ?
