Employment Agreement Compliance and Legal Validity

I want to know if, in the case where a person joins a company and signs an Employment Agreement defining the terms and conditions of their employment, if they later violate the agreement, will they be held responsible and bound to comply with the agreement?

Legal Validity of Employment Agreements

To make an agreement legally valid, will it be necessary to get it printed and signed on stamp paper, or will it be fine if it is on legal paper or company letterhead? Also, what stamp duty or registration process should be done in this regard?

There are many things to be understood. The agreement must be valid as per the Indian Contract Act. Now, stamp paper and notary are not always that important.
