You can further add the Contract Labour (R&A) Act, 1970 & Contract Labour Rules, 1971 as well. This is important because all the work being carried out by the clients is typically done by contract workers, who are on the regular payroll of the Principal Employer.

Thank you for your upload. You have uploaded the legal requirements of the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996. This will be very useful to refer to particular standards easily. I am also preparing something similar, and herewith, I have attached the Indian Electricity Rules 1956.

Your uploaded legal requirements are very useful. Apart from the above-mentioned acts and rules, we need information about the other relevant acts and rules applicable to the construction industry. Although HR rules are the same across the country and also apply to the CS department, the core construction department, like the site, needs to be checked for other applicable laws and acts.
