Understanding the Difference Between IR and ID Act
Can anyone let me know the difference between IR (Industrial Relations) and the ID Act? I know there is an act called the Industrial Dispute Act, which is an important subject/act that deals with industrial disputes and other issues.
Similarly, I would like to know about IR and how it would help organizations.

Apart from the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947, some states like Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh have enacted acts such as the Bombay Industrial Relations Act and the M.P. Industrial Relations Act. These acts primarily address the recognition of trade unions, collective bargaining procedures, industrial disputes, etc. I am not aware of whether the A.P. state has enacted a similar law.
