Through this platform, I am seeking expert opinions and advice from those who have experience in hiring resources to deploy at client sites in the international market. I need to take up this assignment where we need to hire resources on our payroll who will then be deployed at various client locations such as the US, UK, Australia, and Germany. We are an IT organization based in India and work for international clients.
Kindly suggest the employment terms and conditions, documentation formalities, and employment regulations by the respective countries, etc. Your inputs will be of great help.

Based on what you mentioned, your company seems to be already involved in such activities. If yes, then you ought to have the relevant processes in place. Please confirm.

We haven't hired anyone so far to deploy at the client site. As stated earlier, we would hire resources on our payroll who will be deployed at the client site based in the US and Australia for a fixed tenure to complete the projects. I am aware of Indian labor law and other statutory employment obligations. However, if an Indian is hired here and further deployed in the US or Australia, apart from Visa/Passport, what statutory obligations/laws, like employment terms & conditions, tax obligations, etc., have to be followed for these countries which might have been laid down by the respective governments?
Hope my inputs are specific in nature now.

1. Who will be applying for the Visa - which would be Employment Visas? It can't be your company in India obviously. It has to be the entity in the other country. Do you have any overseas offices that are eligible (as per their laws) to apply for such Visas?
2. The queries that you raised need to be handled at the other end - especially since laws vary from country to country. I suggest waiting for other members to respond.
