I was working in export company as a hr executive from march 2011 to july 4th 2011 and i leave my job after 04th july and i noticed that my senior on 26th june.
but now my previous company hold my june month salary and my full and final settlement.
now i want to know can i do any legal formalities to get my salary.
and what can i do legally
Pls suggest me.
