I am a Recruiter, and a client who is also a friend wanted to outsource all talent acquisition work to me, including managing other recruiters from other firms. I will be like their 'super vendor' of sorts. I will need to manage the entire candidate experience, etc.
I need to put up a proposal including process flow, scope of responsibilities, etc. Can anyone help me out on this?
