Hello Sirs/Madams,

Hope you all are fine. I desperately need your valuable advice regarding the following post. After completing my MBA in HR, I worked as an HR Executive for 1 year. It was a Generalist profile. However, it has always been my dream to open a Recruitment Consultancy of my own. Now, I am thinking about starting it and I have a few queries:

1. Is it the right time to open a Consultancy, or should I gain more experience, especially in Recruitment?
2. How much capital does one need to open a consultancy?
3. Which sector should one target when starting, considering that big companies may not be willing to take on a startup as a vendor?
4. Is it okay if I work as a freelancer for a few months after starting the consultancy?

Please provide me with your valuable advice as it is crucial for me. Thank you in advance.

A Delhi-based HR consultancy, which is ranked in the top 3 on Google search with keywords, is available for sale. The owner has valued it at 3 lakhs to transfer full ownership along with clients, domain name, inquiries, etc. If you are interested, please share your number, and the person will contact you.

Note: I am a different entity, and Job Connect Consultancy is not for sale. It is a different organization.
