Plz see that Central Govt. has already issued the notification on enforcement of all the four Labour Codes on 22.11.2025 & thus we are to implement all the provisions which does not require Rules to implement the provisions. For example we are to restructure the wages as the definition of wages does not require any rules. Wherever we see written as to be notified by the appropriate Govt. then in that case it is clear that we are to wait for Rules/procedure to implement the relevant section of the Code. People are feeling difficulty in understanding the definition of wage & in fixing the Basic Wage, DA & Retaining allowance accordingly. Better to consult your labour law consultant.

A) Formation of Rules by the State Govt on all Four Codes.
B) The state Govt has to make a Gazette notificatione for application of Labour Codes from such n such date.
C) You need to check, whether your state govt has brought the Gazettee notification to this effect.
D) Contact your licensing authority to know about the guidance on implementation of the Labour Code.
In my opinion without the State Rules and notification, is a stand still position.
