    I need your help on two topics.Please do me favor
    1.For Leave with Wages Calculation

    on 240 days working after 20 days one PL

    If a worker avail his 15 PL during current year.are these availed leave are calculated in Current year working days.
    &
    If worker has less than 240 days working then what is criteria for leave wages calculation


    2.Half Day Shift

    If I want to start continous Half day shift of Contractual Labor Can I start.

    Please guide me.
