You have to reply to the show cause notice (as soon as you proceed with registration of an employee 10 days after his joining) with relevant appointment order and the joining report in support of joining. If you ignore it, the registration will be accepted but for all benefits the employee is entitled from the ESIC the date of registration will be taken.
