Sir, I am working in a privet organization since last 3 years as a Engineer. Yesterday I have received a show cause letter from my HR head that my immediate boss reported against me that I denied to accept his order. But in fact nothing is happened. Two days back there ware some hot argument with my boss regarding his attitude towards me, since as I am woman, I could not control myself due to his rough attitude. So, I refused to obey his order. That's why I have received this Show Cause Notice and within 48 hrs I have to reply otherwise I have to dismiss from the service as my interdisciplinary attitude.
Sir, please help me to write a good reply.

Without knowing the "alleged Acts of Misconduct" leveled against you by your Employer/ Management, any Help/Guidance is futile.
You, yourself can try to first read, understand & realize the Acts of Misconduct alleged against you for which you are liable to Punishment as per the Service Rules/ Standing Orders applicable to you, submit your Written Reply/Explanantion in your defence and avail the opportunity to participate in the Internal Inquiry ( Domstic Inquiry) Proceedings which your Employer should Order to be held
