I have started my work as a freelance recruiter and am mainly focusing on activities in Mumbai, occasionally extending to other cities. I have begun sourcing candidates from social sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and other free portals, but I have yet to reach my target candidates. Please help me in reaching out to potential candidates. Currently, I am recruiting candidates for BPO roles at the TL level and above, as well as a few in the software domain.

You have already jumped into the water and now want to know from us how to swim! The question which you have posed now should have occurred to you before starting your freelance work. There is something called Prior Preparation Prevents Poor Performance. What prior preparations did you do before embarking upon this venture? Did you do any SWOT analysis of this kind of business, what are the challenges, how to go about the recruitment process, what kind of customers you should serve?

Now you are asking for guidance from us. There is nothing called Free Lunch in this world. Somewhere somebody has to pay for something that you want to acquire. You google on the internet, there are some people who give you access on a part-time basis, but there also you have to make a payment. There is no free service, and nobody is going to offer anything free of cost. If things are available for free, everybody will be in this business.
