I have started my work as Freelance recruitment and conducting my activity mostly for Mumbai location and sometime other cities. I have started sourcing candidate from social sites like likedin,Facebook groups and other free portal, but I am yet to reach targeted candidate. Please help me to reach candidate.I am currently recruiting candidate for BPO at TL and above level and few in software domain.

My dear friend... You have already jumped into the water and now want to know from us how to swim ! The question which you have posed now, should have occurred to you before starting your freelance work. There is something called Prior Preparation Prevents Poor Performance. What prior preparations did you do before embarking upon this venture ? Did you do any SWOT analysis of this kind of business, what are the challenges, how to do go about the recruitment process, what kind of customers you should serve.. Now you are asking for guidance from us.There is nothing called Free Lunch in this world. Somewhere somebody has to pay for something that you want to acquire. You google in internet, there are some people who give you access on part time basis but there also you have to make payment. There is no free service and nobody is going to offer anything free of cost. If things are available free, everybody will be in this business.
