Hi all,
Please share some good sites or any other way of recruitment apart from normal job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.) and references to get genuine candidates, preferably from India or anyone from India who is on-site. I'm completely stuck with some niche requirements and unable to close those from the past 1-2 months. Any help would be really appreciated.

Shariff

Hi,
There are different ways to source candidates other than job portals and campus recruitment. A few examples are given below:
1) Internal Database
2) Social Networking Sites
3) Headhunting (different types such as cold call or warm call)
4) Employee referral policy (where you can fix a certain amount and encash only after 3 months of the referral joining)
5) Generating referrals from resumes or candidates available on job portals (by offering a referral amount)
6) Hiring or generating references from former employees
7) Through consultants or recruitment firms
8) Job postings on job portals
9) Job advertisements through newspaper ads, radio, television, videos, and classifieds
10) Billboards and posters
11) Employment Exchange
12) Notices on websites, e-newsletters, and signs in or on facilities such as retail stores
Cheers!!!!
