As we are based in Mumbai we are looking for the format for the following forms under the Shop and Establishment Act 1948. The forms are follows:-
1. Weekly Closed day notice form L notice of holidays.
2. Visit Book
3. Under the payment of wages act 1936 - The register of payment of wages in form III.
