You are manufacturing a product in your factory premises for which you have registered under Factories Act.
Now those manufactured goods/products are sold through your own Outlet in the same city. This Outlet should be registered under Shops and Establishment Act. Business carried out in Factory and Outlet differs and hence separate License as per respective Act.
