Do we expect us to send you formats and templates every day for discharging your official duties. If you have any technical queries or cases where, due to your inexperience, unable to take a decision, then post here. But very simple standard two sentences.... unable to draft.... What a pity and how the educational standards come down drastically... At least you can post here a draft format which we can correct. When are you going to try that ? Some of my fellow professionals may not agree to my stand taken here but how long are they going to help you. It is said that instead of giving a man a fish every day (which we are right now doing !) teach him to fish . That is exactly what I would like to do here. Let me see, how many are going to oppose my stand ! lol

All the above questions need to be answered before any suggestion be given.
Most importantly the members of this forum do not know the culture of your organization, the hierarchy you maintain etc. So it is advisable that you compose of the email of your own, members may correct where it is necessary. Spoon feeding does not go a long way.

1st of all i would like to thank Mr. Metha, Mr. Neyimkhan & Ms. Kapita for their prompt reply and appreciate for posting on what they understood from the request. And especially Ms. Banarjee for showing the willingness to know his actual requirement. I really apologize for the inconvenience caused since the query wasn't posted by me. The employee who worked under me, as my assistant done this, without my knowledge. The username and password has already been saved in my machine helped him to login to my citehr account to get the mentioned template.
Mr. Sundaram sir if you are so curious to know about my designation experience and my education qualification. Then,working as an HR manager with 5.5 years experience with MBA from a well famous and reputed university India. The professionals whom you mentioned in your post are doing a great job. Let them keep doing it. That's going to help so many participants. Trust me!! Because 70% of participants in this cite are new comers or with 1-2 years of experience max with lack of knowledge in different stream.
I've seen professionals posting templates, even simple PF and ESI calculations, suggesting and advising something that we consider as silly and stupid in the same site. Doesn't really matter whether is silly or tough. Does that going to help him? That matter. Google never checked the inputs what we enter in the search tab has a meaning. Help the kids who really need it.
Criticizing and denying help doesn't make sense. something you think it's possible; should defiantly do it.

NK SUNDARAMThanks everyone. I have made it a policy not to join issues with people on matters where there is difference of opinion. Everybody has a right to have his or her opinion. I have mine and others have theirs. It is for those who read all the comments to decide and judge. I only expressed my opinion that people who have impressive credentials and experience still lack in something i.e. communication skills - be it written or spoken... However, if one has a positive attitude, he or she can put in extra hours to develop this skill as well. In my opinion, seeking inputs from others is equivalent to begging something from somebody despite having adequate wealth - i.e knowledge. One's knowledge can open only the first door i.e job opportunity. However, if other doors in front of him need to open, one should have the positive attitude to come out of his comfort zone, put in extra hours to develop the skills. By other doors, I mean career growth, recognition by others and so on. Am seeing this trend of seeking help from others increasingly by youngsters, despite accessibility to internet and other sources. They have time to click innumerable selfies and share with friends on FB but no time to read something relating to their work. They have time to download, save and listen to the latest song but no time to write a few sentences. Like placing order for pizza, they want everything on their hand, without any strain or struggle. Youngsters will not agree with me, so be it. Am into reading books for the past 50 odd years, I customise modules every time I conduct a training programme, as if it is my first programme ever. I never feel lazy to read or write. On 24th, 25th and 26th I conducted two soft skill training programmes in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and it was very well received, because the whole content was developed from scratch. I feel happy and proud because of the excellent feedback I received. I did the content development entirely by myself. Am a mentor for many budding trainers and I convey the same things to them as well, what I have mentioned above.

That way it makes life easier and better learning experience.
