Dear Mr/MS Kaushal,

After going through your last note, I am surprised why you are worried so much about this person may be you had some very close relations with him now fallen apart. So when you have written to his employer and they have no objection with his fraud or wrong doing, then what any body can do, if it's a Government Company you can go to court for the impropriety but in private sector it depends on the Management of the Company, and theycan hire any one whom hey like and no association can force them to remove any employee. So if you have only one target in life to take revenge from this person for the hurt he has given to you find some legal grounds and file a criminal case against him. Otherwise just forget it, In India there are lacs of such people who had taken or were forced t take this type of step to carry on the career and progress.

Please learn to forgive people for their mistakes and that will give you peace of mind and let you grow in your career. And be sure this type of person will get caught some day for some of his mistakes. On other hand please understand to live a normal life and grow in career one must have calm mind and if you have calm mind you can grow fast otherwise you will just going on finding faults in others. These experience certificates and BG checks can just give a break to any one but no one can grow in career without performance.

With Best Wishes.

NASSCOM DOES NOT maintain any list of employees who have been blacklisted. The National Skills Registry (NSR) maintained by NASSCOM is to provide authenticated details of employees in the IT-BPO industry PROVIDED these employees have themselves agreed to be a part of this Registry. This Registry only maintains factual and objectively verifiable data of an employee.
If you are sure that the person has faked his / her experience letters, then the best course of action for you is to share the information with the HR department for them to take action that they think is appropriate.

Hi,

I appreciate your desire to rise up and stand up for just cause.

I understand from the trail of responses that you knew all these things when it was happening around and I understand that suddenly you have raised to make objections against the X person, and now your persistent in pulling the X from his/her current position. What X has done is a bad practice but when you get to be in the corporate world for 10 and above years you will understand that all this is an usual part and its more the survival of the fittest and one needs to understand how to approach and handle such situations and move up the ladder using good practices. This will always help oneself to reach great heights in career.

Make sure that by trying to expose X and to strip this X of his/her career will spoils only that persons future and their dependence. Be very very careful when you do such a thing as there is always the chances of trouble which may come on your way. Identify what are the prospective and possible problems that may come your way and only then go ahead with your decisions.

Are you planning to take some old revenge.Because if he come to know about than you can get in trouble. He may target at your weak points and in this professional world there are more enemies than freinds. But if has travelled to US by forging the document than that person can get in serious trouble. But think twice before doing anything as you can also get in trouble.I am assuming this man has worked in IT Sector.

There may be many who have such fake experiences in various companies.
In this learned forum itself queries are seen regarding how to escape from the consequence of fake expereince certificates and so on.
My advice would be forget about this person and move on in life.
By removing him is it going to progress your career?
By this belated whistleblowing you may yourself be looked at with caution and affect your career in the bargain. There are grey areas in working of almost any company and being seen as a whistle blower may not be a path to progress.
This issue is not of critical importance in your career.
I off course do not advocate closing eyes to all dishonest practises.
One must be bold and refuse to do wrong things but one must equally draw a line and not get involved in these activities, which are more personality oriented.
Concentration on career growth by professional work will pay more dividends.
