Dear HR professionals, yesterday, a mail from my MD surprised me, which said that he would like me to discontinue my services for his organization. It all happened because of my email to the HR head regarding the details of faculties, which I sent as per her requirement. Within a few hours, I received my MD's email saying that this is not the format he required and he would like me not to continue with the job.
A Few Things Surprised Me:
1. Without notifying me regarding the format of the report, they took the decision.
2. Even after sending the details as per the requirement, I was still told that the format is wrong.
I would like to know from your expertise what I should do in this case. I am expecting kind help from your end.

Please talk to the HR Head, explain the situation to him, and wait for a couple of days. If he does not take action promptly, then speak directly to your Managing Director (MD), but remember to inform your HR Head.

Can I know the company profile? I think it's in the retail field.

You can go to your MD and request the reason for issuing the termination mail in a polite manner. You can justify your point by showing your outstanding services over time and try to convince him. Also, you can suggest modifying the report as per the required format within a stipulated time.
Regards
