I would like to know something abt NSR registration.I am working in a BPO since 2 months and I and NSR registered. I was looking for a job in IT field...I have a got a offer from a IT company...if i don\'t serve 1 month notice period and abscond from the company wil it create future employment problems because i don\'t have the reliving letter. The company threaten the employees by telling them that they will be black listed if the abscond. I need help..i want to join the IT company in 1 weeks time.

Hi Sri,
Its always recommended to complete your formality with the previous company. So that you never face any issues in future.
However it its need of time and for better prospects you have to leave immediately then, you have 2 options: Either disclose the present company abput not serving the notice period or donnot show your that previous experience.

Thanks for your reply !! I attended the interview in the IT company as a fresher only.I didnt show the BPO experience because I had just worked there for 2 months and i knew this experience wouldnt count. I want to know what will happen if i abscond from the company....will I have future employment problems and what will be updated in the NSR ?? can a company prevent me from future employment?

In my experience, I worked first 2year with sunil infotech but now the company is closed and i have only experience letter of that company. Now, i want to register to NSR for my verification. Then how can they verify that company because company is not exists. Its showing fraud to me. But, if i am not mentioning that company then its showing 2year gap in my experience.
so please help me out in this problem.
