They can work as an executive, senior executive, or HR manager, depending on their experience. If you are interested in the teaching field, you can also become a lecturer. You can very well get into T&D at any point in time once you complete your DHRM. I also suggest taking up a good TTT (Train The Trainer) program, which would give you a cutting edge over others and create buy-in for your account.
