Really helpful Questionnaire but it would be more helpful if you had posted/attached the analysing tools as well so that we would know the technique to bring and use the outcome of/from it. Shail

Quite a well-thought-out questionnaire. However, I noticed that it is conducted by an internal analyst. Would it be possible for you to post a questionnaire conducted by an external analyst for a health-providing organization relating to the effectiveness of the Management Information System?

Excellent questionnaire! Well thought. I have a few questions that need your clarification:

1. How would this form be circulated? To the HOD only or to every employee?
2. Based on your experience - how long will it take for you to receive all responses?
3. From the questionnaires received - how would you interpret the data?
4. If you can briefly let us know the process, I would appreciate it.

The reason for these questions is that in my organization, we have 4000 and growing employees. Therefore, I need to think carefully about how to get responses on time and accurate information.

Hi,

Training needs can be identified through a questionnaire, which is true. However, this is not the only method. While it may be popular, I strongly recommend observation as a method to identify training needs. Additionally, you can also use unstructured interviews for this purpose.

Please do not request finished projects or questionnaires on this forum.

Instead of asking for a completed project/questionnaire, please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organisation). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.

If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.
