Thank you for your valuable posting. I am a part of HRD, and training and development are among our major responsibilities. Currently, we are in the process of establishing a robust system for Training Need Identification. It would be great if you could share with me the practices that you or other good organizations adopt.

Regards

Objective of the attachment: To let the HR Dept personnel understand the need for "Training Needs Assessment" for different roles.

Training for the HR Dept has always been an important function, but most of us are not aware of the real importance that the function itself entails. The Training Function will always support the HR Dept in meeting its objective of practically providing Value Added Services to the Organization.

Cheers,
Sajid
