Hi All,
I have been working as an English language coach and communication coach for working executives for 3 years now as a part of an external consultancy. I would like to explore more areas of training and development and HR as well. To be a part of bigger organizations, how do I start exploring such opportunities and how should I prepare myself, given the fact that I have had only specific experience and exposure.

You should contact HR training provider companies that receive requests from companies and corporate entities to provide training and hire external consultants. In non-technical areas, there are vast opportunities in HR to provide training. You may need to prepare yourself for these training sessions to deliver effectively.

Thank you for your help, though I already work for such a consultant, which is rather small and growing. I now want to make a shift to a bigger organization to have greater exposure and a change of role.

I think you should first make a list of areas in which you are interested - either to give training or to work as an executive yourself, and that should also be related to your present background and education. Then get yourself trained and qualified in those fields; it is hard work.
Next step is to explore companies which would use your new talents. Meanwhile, in your present organization itself, you could volunteer to do additional work assisting persons providing training in those areas you are interested in. That will give you valuable exposure.
Best of luck,
