Introduce your project, the purpose of it define what is performance appraisal in general what is the purpose how it evolved since it was created what are the theories around it. what is 360 performance appraisal, discuss how it works. Choose 2 other performance appraisal methods and make a comparison between them and the 360 what are the strengths and weaknesses of this methods. Provide sample of 360 empty and one which is filled to show how it works.
You might want to do research on real companies and their experiences with using this method what are their feed back on it
