Dear all,
Warm greetings. I am working with a reputed international school with about 250 staff. I started working on developing an appraisal system for the school and think a 360-degree approach is the best one.
My question is, as I am going for the appraisals for the first time, is it good to start with 360 degrees, or should I begin with a normal rating scale appraisal? If so, can anyone assist me in developing the format for school staff?
Thank you.
Yours,

Hi Vamsigyandev!
Just came across your query. In case you are still looking for literature on the same, there is a book called "360 Degree Feedback and Performance Management System, Vol-2." This is a publication of TV Rao Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd., Excel Books. The book contains an amazing study/article on assessing teachers and teaching effectiveness.
Unfortunately, I do not have the soft copy for this.
Regards,
Neha.
