Creating an Organogram

Is there any rule book for creating an organogram?

Particularly, I would have a problem with lower-level employees who work for two or more people. How should this be indicated in the organogram? Also, how should the reporting structure and appraisal process for such individuals be managed?

Hi You can always have a dotted line reporting for a position which has multiple reportings & a thick line for a direct reporting. You may use Ms Visio tool for this. - Girish Jagtap
