Accounts Department - Accounts Executive
HR Department - Asst. HR Manager & Project Coordinator
For All SBU: Project Manager Business Development Manager Team Leader / Project Leader Team Members - Developers, QA
Marketing Department: Marketing Head Team Members

you can do one thing. you can make their first line & second line means 4 sbu :- 1 line i.e. 10 people. then 10 people:- all 60 people. regards rajnish
